Tyler Technologies partnered with the State of Idaho Judicial Branch to replace an aging, fragmented case management environment. The courts needed to unify 45 siloed systems and connect 44 counties across difficult terrain to modernize operations and meet citizen and business expectations.

Tyler built a virtualized, secure statewide infrastructure and deployed the Odyssey suite (including e‑filing and Socrata) to create fully digital records, automated workflows, and statewide case management for courts, probation, prosecutors and public defenders. The rollout delivered 24/7 e‑filing and self‑service, centralized calendars and records, faster caseload processing, better information sharing across criminal justice partners, and improved response times — achieving an “Advanced Electronic” e‑court maturity.
