The Greene County Sheriff’s Office in Ohio, serving more than 160,000 citizens across 2,196 square miles with 14 affiliated police and fire agencies, needed to break down data silos and improve interoperability. Before working with Tyler Technologies, the county had no effective way to share information across agencies, and the jail operated on a separate system with no connection to records or mobile tools.
