Greene County Sheriff's Office - Customer Case Study

The Greene County Sheriff’s Office in Ohio, serving more than 160,000 citizens across 2,196 square miles with 14 affiliated police and fire agencies, needed to break down data silos and improve interoperability. Before working with Tyler Technologies, the county had no effective way to share information across agencies, and the jail operated on a separate system with no connection to records or mobile tools.

Tyler Technologies implemented New World public safety software, including CAD, Records, Mobile, Field Reporting, Corrections, and Fire Records. The solution enabled seamless countywide data sharing, automatic alerts, real-time ETA and AVL access, and faster dispatching; as a result, agencies can solve cases and prevent crime more efficiently, save time, and keep first responders in the field longer.
