The Franklin County Auditor’s Office, serving a large population in Ohio, faced challenges with its aging legacy software, which struggled under high demand for accurate property data from over 438,000 properties. To modernize its systems and enhance transparency and service, the county turned to its long-term vendor, Tyler Technologies, to implement the Enterprise Assessment & Tax CAMA and Enterprise Assessment & Tax Public Access solutions.
