Dallas County, Texas—one of the largest integrated court systems in the state—was coping with an ever-increasing volume of filings and needed a more efficient, secure way for attorneys and the public to access case information from offices or homes. The county and district clerks sought a solution that would improve transparency and reduce in-person requests while protecting sensitive court data.

Dallas County integrated its Enterprise Justice Case Manager with Tyler Technologies’ re:SearchTX platform, giving users real-time access to court- and filer-generated case information, judge-signed orders and other documents, advanced in-document search and custom alerts. The move shifted requests online, freed clerk office staff for non-administrative work, increased fee-generated revenue, improved access and efficiency for attorneys and citizens, consolidated records back to 2016, and helped the county achieve an “Advanced Electronic” e‑court maturity level.
