Committed to Positively Shaping Our Leaders of Tomorrow

Collinsville Community Unit School District 10, a 11-school district in Illinois serving about 6,500 students, faced growing challenges from a decentralized, locally developed student system: manual grading and paper attendance, rising state reporting requirements (including electronic submissions), and limited access to up-to-date local and state assessment data to monitor attendance, achievement, and on-time graduation.

The district implemented Tyler Technologies’ web-based Schoolmaster SIS and Tyler Pulse information warehouse, giving teachers, administrators and parents secure online access, streamlined electronic grading and attendance, and consolidated, report-ready data. As a result Collinsville achieved district-wide continuity, faster and more accurate state reporting, improved parent communication, more proactive interventions for attendance and achievement, and stronger data-driven decision making across the district.
