Brightstar, a major wireless distribution and supply chain company, needed an integration solution to support its takeover of Telstra’s warehouse and supply chain operations in Australia. Brightstar had to connect ERP and warehouse management systems while handling more than 10,000 orders per day without service interruption. TwoConnect provided the strategic IT support, using Microsoft BizTalk Server as the core integration platform.

TwoConnect implemented and configured two load-balanced BizTalk Servers and built a customized integration solution linking Microsoft Dynamics SL, Radio Beacon Warehouse Management System, and the Order Management Facility. The team also added monitoring, training, and documentation support. As a result, Brightstar achieved seamless, automated integration, replaced manual processes, and deployed the solution on time and on budget, with the system capable of handling tens of thousands of orders a day.
