TechSolutions, a Delaware-based managed services provider, needed a more secure and easier-to-use remote access solution for its customers. With Twingate, they set out to replace traditional hardware VPNs that created security concerns, required open inbound ports, and generated frequent support tickets due to confusing client interfaces and authentication workflows.

Twingate provided TechSolutions with a zero trust remote access platform that eliminated public gateways and open ports, enabled direct peer-to-peer connections, and integrated with Azure AD for simpler login. As a result, TechSolutions strengthened its security posture, reduced customer support issues, and improved the end-user experience; Twingate later also worked with them through the MSP Portal to centrally manage multiple customer networks and support scalable multi-tenant administration.
