With Twilio, Zoom2u switched to reliable SMS alerts with live tracking links and moved its phone system to an API-based platform in less than a month. The result was improved first-time delivery success, with 95% of calls answered within 20 seconds, and the ability to scale globally and support remote teams without hurting customer service. Zoom2u has since processed more than 2 million deliveries for over 70,000 customers, and its Locate2u offering also extends this Twilio-powered experience to other courier businesses.
