With Twilio, StorEDGE launched its initial integration in about five weeks and later added features in days, while avoiding the need to hire a telephony expert and saving tens of thousands of dollars. The solution gave clients real-time visibility into calls, leads, and move-ins, and helped drive a 95% conversation rate for phone-generated leads.
