Sprint Puts the Magic Back in Advertising with a Campaign Powered by Twilio

Goodby Silverstein & Partners (GSP), a national advertising agency, was tasked with reinvigorating Sprint’s "All. Together. Now." brand through a multi‑media campaign. Facing a tight timeline and the need for a scalable, cost‑effective voice and SMS solution, GSP built a campaign around celebrating Veatrice Henson’s 100th birthday and encouraged users to call or text their wishes.

GSP and partner Grow Interactive integrated Twilio’s voice and SMS APIs and launched the national campaign in two weeks. The Twilio‑powered experience handled peak demand reliably, generating over 256,000 calls and 265,000 texts and reaching roughly a quarter‑million people, and has since become a staple for GSP’s campaigns.
