Snagajob, the hourly job marketplace, needed a safe way to keep hiring events running during the pandemic without adding friction for candidates or employers. The company wanted to replace in-person mass hiring events with a virtual experience that was easy to use across mobile and desktop, and it had already been using Twilio for SMS engagement.

Snagajob used Twilio Video to build virtual hiring events directly into its platform, with SMS reminders and interview notifications powered by Twilio as well. The solution launched quickly, was easy to integrate, and delivered more than 1,400 virtual interviews in beta and 2,577+ interviews overall, while helping increase show rates by 15–20%.
