Scorpion is a full‑service internet marketing agency serving legal, home services, and franchise clients that needed precise, real‑time attribution for inbound sales leads. Scorpion built a custom call‑tracking and routing platform on Twilio (using TaskRouter, IVR, and SMS), prototyped in an afternoon, to enable dynamic number insertion, tailored routing, instant SMS lead alerts, and rapid feature rollout. The solution improved reliability and reporting, allowed features to be deployed in hours, reduced spam calls by about 20% with a custom IVR, and drove higher lead conversions and better campaign optimization for clients.
