VivaReal, an online real estate portal based in São Paulo, Brazil, needed a more reliable way to deliver the high volume of transactional and marketing emails that drive its business. Their in-house email infrastructure was costly to maintain and wasn’t scaling well, causing delivery problems that put agent relationships and revenue at risk.
Twilio solved this by implementing Twilio SendGrid to provide scalable email delivery, real-time analytics, deliverability support, and minimal maintenance. The results were strong: VivaReal’s delivery rate jumped from 60% to 88–90%, monthly email volume later grew 116% to as many as 600,000 emails, and their sender reputation reached 99/100.
