NudgeMail is an email-based reminder and task management service that helps users schedule reminders entirely through email, without apps, plugins, or complicated setup. As its business grew, NudgeMail needed a reliable way to send and receive time-sensitive messages without building and managing an email system from scratch, and it turned to Twilio SendGrid.
Twilio implemented SendGrid’s Web API and Parse API to handle NudgeMail’s outgoing and incoming email behind the scenes. The solution gave NudgeMail dependable delivery, better control over bounces, unsubscribes, spam reports, and attachments, and eliminated the need for employees to spend time on transaction email management, allowing the team to focus elsewhere.
