Its legacy on-premise AV setup couldn’t support the connectivity or flexibility required, and building a new interface would have delayed launch and increased backlogs.

Prometric partnered with Twilio, using Twilio Flex and Programmable Video, to relaunch ProProctor in less than four months with a customizable, “single pane of glass” experience for candidates and proctors. The solution increased concurrent test sessions by 80% and cut dropped video connections by 50%, while also improving agent productivity and remote exam quality.
