Using Twilio’s Programmable Messaging, Twilio Studio, and WhatsApp for Business API, Fred IT Group launched a platform that sends prescription tokens by SMS or email, manages patient consent through My Script List, and supports pharmacy communication via WhatsApp. With Twilio, the company has created more than 11 million ePrescriptions, routed over 6 million messages, and enabled 95% of pharmacies to dispense an ePrescription, making medication management easier and more efficient across Australia.
