DigiExam, a leading digital assessment provider in Stockholm, needed a more robust, scalable email solution than the basic Google Cloud Platform service it had been using. The company had to reliably send transactional and promotional emails while gaining better visibility into delivery performance and issue troubleshooting, and it turned to Twilio SendGrid.
Twilio implemented Twilio SendGrid for DigiExam, using its Go library for fast integration, Marketing Campaigns for promotional email, and dashboards for analytics and access control. As a result, DigiExam achieved 97% delivery rates and around 50% open rates, while also giving 10 team members the ability to help troubleshoot email issues and manage email more effectively.
