Twilio helped MySmartPrice build its custom email platform on top of Twilio SendGrid’s delivery engine and analytics tools, including the Event Webhook and dashboard. As a result, MySmartPrice achieved a 99.72% delivery rate, 43% overall open rate, and 11.35% overall click rate, while using data to stop emailing unengaged users and drive repeat visits at scale.
