Twilio helped CraftJack centralize data, self-serve campaign building for marketing and product teams, and launch personalized journeys across SMS, email, push, and phone. With Twilio Engage, CraftJack launched a self-service signup flow and review-request journeys, leading to a 31% year-over-year increase in pro-new user signups and a 41% year-over-year increase in homeowner reviews, while also improving engineering implementation efficiency by 80%.
