By integrating Twilio’s Trust Hub REST APIs (alongside Twilio Voice and Messaging) into their platform, CallTrackingMetrics added a straightforward UI for customers to register verified identities for SHAKEN/STIR, A2P 10DLC, and CNAM. The result: customers are able to achieve compliance more easily, regain caller trust and deliverability, and continue using combined voice‑and‑text attribution to generate higher‑quality leads and better campaign performance.
