CallHippo, a provider of cloud-based, scalable voice and messaging systems for global companies, needed a way to scale quickly for a rapidly growing international customer base while improving call quality and maintaining uninterrupted service. To meet this challenge, CallHippo turned to Twilio, using Twilio’s Programmable Voice and Programmable SMS alongside Twilio Phone Number APIs to support fast setup and local, national, mobile, and toll-free numbers in more than 100 countries.

Twilio helped CallHippo transition to the new system with no downtime and better reliability, while CallHippo also used its AI-driven SDAP technology on top of Twilio to optimize call quality in real time. As a result, CallHippo saw a 25% decrease in tickets related to call quality issues, a 30–40% increase in CSAT, and a 50% increase in NPS, strengthening its position in the telecom market.
