Rocket Mortgage partnered with Twilio to modernize its mortgage communications experience and better support its mission to “Help Everyone Home.” The company needed a flexible, developer-friendly platform that could integrate with custom systems, scale with growth, and enable more personalized, consistent interactions across the homebuying journey.
Using Twilio’s APIs and products including Voice, SMS, Lookup, Verify, and Segment, Rocket Mortgage built a fully custom, centralized communications platform. With Twilio, Rocket launched new channels like SMS, expanded into a mobile app and desktop app, and began piloting inbound calls, while eliminating data duplication and enabling faster delivery, real-time personalization, and a more branded client experience.
