Twilio Segment implemented a single customer data platform to centralize and unify Endeavor’s data, add governance with role-based access controls, and power real-time audience creation for marketing campaigns. The result was hundreds of engineering hours saved, better visibility into customer behavior, and improved targeting across email and ad platforms; Endeavor also used the solution to reduce abandoned carts for Super Bowl LVI ticket packages and has since expanded automation across its subsidiaries.
