With Twilio Verify, Spriggy reduced authentication complexity and cost, cut code from critical login and onboarding flows, and achieved an 89–90% success rate for authentication attempts. Twilio also helped block about 50 fraud attempts per month, improved visibility through alerts and dashboards, and delivered a stronger ROI than Spriggy’s custom approach.
