PrimeStreet, a high-growth real estate matching service, wanted to improve prospect response rates in its mostly email-based nurture and re-engagement campaigns. Using Twilio Flex, PrimeStreet worked with Terazo to explore how AI could help re-engage inactive leads more effectively and safely while keeping a human touch for real estate prospects.

Twilio and Terazo implemented a hybrid AI solution that analyzed conversation history in Twilio Flex, identified disengagement reasons, and generated personalized SMS follow-ups. In about six weeks, the campaign sent over 6,000 AI-generated text messages to nearly 5,000 inactive leads, re-engaged 4,800+ prospects, and delivered a 2X higher re-engagement response rate than previous campaigns.
