L'Oréal Finance, part of the global beauty group L'Oréal, sought to drastically reduce the carbon footprint of its eco-designed Annual Report website. TwicPics was implemented to automatically generate and deliver optimized images tailored to each user's device, browser, and connection. This solution eliminated the need for manually creating multiple image variations and provided efficient compression. As a result, TwicPics helped slash the average page load time by half and reduced the overall page weight by 48%. These improvements contributed to the website achieving a high EcoScore of 68/100, a 25% increase from the previous year's report, significantly lowering its environmental impact.
