Fourseasonsclothing, a German online retailer for streetwear and graffiti products, wanted to significantly increase customer acquisition through search marketing but had reached the limit of its own campaign management capacity. To address this, the company partnered with Twenga and began using Smart FEED for Google Shopping and Smart BID for AdWords.
Twenga implemented data-driven bidding and feed optimization based on advanced tracking and real-time analysis of customer behavior and product performance. The results were strong: Fourseasonsclothing increased sales by almost 200%, improved AdWords conversion rates to a stable 15%–23%, and raised Google Shopping ROI from 23% in June 2015 to 42% in March 2016.
