Under the Blessing of IoT, GVS Real Estate Players Have New Ways of Playing in the Industry

GVS, a Chinese smart security and smart building company founded in 1999, needed to make its real estate smart home offerings more competitive and easier to deploy while delivering a stable user experience. To address this, GVS turned to Tuya Smart and its Zigbee ecosystem, which could supplement device categories and better support KNX-based smart home scenarios for modern residential projects.

Tuya Smart connected its cloud with GVS’s Altirium platform through cloud interaction and integrated the Tuya App SDK into GVS’s Zhuihui mobile app, enabling Tuya ecosystem devices to be configured and controlled within GVS’s own system. The solution improved installation convenience, network capacity, safety, and stability, and it has already been deployed in several Chinese real estate demonstration projects, including Zumiao of Jinmaoyue group, with plans for wider national promotion.
