SonicGrace, a Los Angeles-based smart home product maker, needed a fast way to expand its product line during the COVID-19 webcam shortage. Working with **Tuya Smart**, it used Tuya’s smart hardware development platform, including no-code PCBA and firmware solutions, to quickly adapt its existing products for the market demand.

**Tuya Smart** enabled SonicGrace to redesign hardware and update firmware rapidly, including turning Wi‑Fi cameras into webcams with USB audio/video transmission and supporting app development, production testing, and Alexa integration. As a result, SonicGrace launched the Eco4life Wi‑Fi smart camera with 1080P HD video, motion and sound alerts, and day/night switching, and successfully sold it on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms.
