Case Study: Jaway Information Technology achieves faster smart EV upgrades with Tuya Smart

Shorten the Hardware Product Upgrade Cycle in Terms of Embedded Software Design, Apps, and Iot Cloud Services

Jaway Information Technology, a supplier of smart electric vehicle (EV) solutions, wanted to shorten its hardware product upgrade cycle across embedded software, apps, and IoT cloud services. To fill gaps in cloud and application capabilities, Jaway turned to Tuya Smart and used Tuya Link SDK along with the Tuya IoT Platform and Smart Life app.

Tuya Smart enabled Jaway to integrate vehicles, apps, and cloud services without changing its existing hardware and software architecture. Using Tuya’s standard data point model and secure device authentication, Jaway quickly adapted its C1 and C3 smart central controllers for development and mass production, with support for OTA updates, vehicle monitoring, and control; the controllers can monitor up to 72 vehicle data items 20 times per minute.
