Netis, a Shenzhen-based networking equipment manufacturer, wanted to simplify home router setup and create a smarter central control router for the smart home market. To address this challenge, Netis worked with Tuya Smart and used Tuya’s intelligent easy network configuration SDK, Zigbee SDK, and related routing technologies to reduce manual configuration and improve the user experience.

Tuya Smart implemented an easy routing solution that enabled one-step router setup, app-based router management through the TuyaSmart app, fast configuration for Powered by Tuya devices without entering SSID or password, and Zigbee gateway support. The result was Netis’s first collaborative smart router product, with faster device onboarding and a foundation for Netis’s continued expansion into smart home IoT products, though the case study does not provide specific numeric metrics.
