Helian Health, one of China’s largest hospital Wi‑Fi service providers, wanted to expand into IoT healthcare and quickly upgrade traditional medical devices such as smart body composition analyzers. To accelerate product development and functional iteration, it turned to Tuya Smart and the Tuya Cloud Development Platform, along with the MCU SDK.
Tuya Smart provided the connected device architecture, APIs, cloud management tools, and 24/7 technical support needed to enable pairing, data transmission, device monitoring, and log-based troubleshooting. As a result, Helian Health rapidly deployed smart body composition analyzers to hundreds of key hospitals, improved medical services and health information management, and expanded into new settings such as industrial parks, banks, and government agencies.
