Port X Logistics needed to unify people and systems to deliver complete visibility and real-time data access to NVOCCs, improve proactive communication and document management with steamship lines, and provide compliance and visibility to BCOs and freight forwarder partners. To solve this, Port X partnered with Turvo and adopted the Turvo platform—including Turvo Analytics, Turvo Connect (with custom APIs), Turvo Pay, shipment management, and collaborative visibility and productivity tools.

Turvo implemented a centralized, tech-driven supply chain solution that gave stakeholders real-time tracking, instant document/photo access, and actionable analytics. As a result Port X achieved 100% growth in new BCO and NVOCC clients, $500,000 in savings, 10x operational efficiency, and its best revenue month in April 2020 since August 2019 despite COVID, while enabling a one-day remote transition with no business disruption.
