Large Cold Chain, a temperature-controlled logistics service provider, needed better collaboration, visibility and execution across item masters, inventory, orders and shipments to reduce scheduling friction and costly overtime. They engaged Turvo and adopted Turvo’s collaboration + visibility + execution platform — including Item Master, Inventory, Orders, Shipment Execution (TMS replacement), Turvo Driver + Fast Pass, Appointment Scheduling and a customer-facing UI/UX — to unify operations across the cold chain network.

Turvo implemented the integrated platform, replacing legacy TMS functions and introducing real-time appointment scheduling and driver tools to streamline facility throughput. The result: $62M saved in overtime wages tied to appointment scheduling, support for 3,000 shippers in the network, roughly 600 shipments per day and 60 facilities onboarded/in flight for 2020, demonstrating significant operational and financial impact from Turvo’s solution.
