Infoshina, a startup, needed a new CRM system to centralize and unify contact management across its various branches. They enlisted the vendor Turum-burum to design the logic, structure, and UX/UI for this new product.

Turum-burum designed a mobile-first CRM system from scratch using an Agile approach. The solution included comprehensive informational architecture, user flows, and detailed prototypes for desktop and mobile, focusing on contact management and search functionality. The final design was built with Fluent UI for scalability. The result was a user-friendly and robust CRM system that met all client requirements. To optimize the budget, Turum-burum provided a UI guide for the client to independently handle further scaling and development.
