Turnstyle implemented Social Wi‑Fi campaigns and digital loyalty offers for Tokyo Smoke, including personalized coupons, a first sign-in discount, and same-day repeat visit incentives. The results included a 33% redemption rate for the loyalty campaign, 10% for the first Wi‑Fi sign-in offer, and 6.4% for the afternoon repeat-visit coupon, while also driving 360% more frequent visits and 4.8 new users signing on per day.
