London LAWN, the downtown free public Wi‑Fi network in London, Ontario, wanted to create more value from its investment beyond simply offering internet access. With a large Cisco Meraki-powered network already in place, London LAWN turned to Turnstyle’s Wi‑Fi Marketing Platform to help justify the cost and better engage visitors downtown.

Turnstyle added marketing and analytics capabilities to the network, enabling customizable sign-in pages, proximity-based messages, and engagement tracking. The results included more than 22,000 active users, over 20 proximity-driven campaigns, 11,000 messages sent, and an average engagement rate of 29.5%, showing that Turnstyle helped London LAWN turn Wi‑Fi into a measurable civic and marketing tool.
