Dx3, Canada’s largest conference and trade show focused on digital marketing, digital advertising, and digital retail, needed a more reliable, user-friendly open Wi‑Fi network for visitors and staff at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. The venue’s large, multi-level layout made consistent Wi‑Fi coverage difficult, so Dx3 turned to Turnstyle and its Wi‑Fi solution to improve the connection experience.

Turnstyle enhanced the Wi‑Fi sign-in process and provided visitor traffic insights and customer profiling for Dx3. The results included 8,751 Wi‑Fi connections over the March 11–12, 2015 event and an average event floor duration of 38 minutes, along with actionable engagement data such as the Startup area drawing the most visitors and two-thirds of visitors arriving between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.
