Remote Site Reliable Access to Cloud Voice, Video, and Internet with Wireline, Wireless, and Starlink

Netview Consulting, a provider of business networking and cyber security solutions, faced the challenge of delivering reliable internet access for cloud-based voice, video, and applications to a 30-site community support organization across the remote and wild terrain of Northern Ontario. Many sites were only accessible by floatplane and were limited to very slow dial-up or unstable wireless links, making modern connectivity nearly impossible. To address this, they turned to the Turnium SD-WAN solution.

The solution implemented by Turnium involved bonding multiple wireline, wireless, and Starlink connections at each site into a single, reliable network. This increased bandwidth and performance while providing automatic failover to prevent total disconnections. By deploying Quality of Service (QoS), Turnium greatly improved the quality of voice and video services, enabling the organization to successfully use critical cloud applications and significantly improve inter-site communication and coordination.
