TurboHire implemented an automated, configurable pipeline with augmented intelligence, resume parsing, keyword search and AI-based candidate ranking, plus easy integrations. The rollout enabled Accel to onboard 15 portfolio companies early, attract 500+ leadership applicants initially and source over 32,000 candidates in a few months, reducing recruiter effort and accelerating hires — with TurboHire citing typical reductions of ~78% in time-to-hire and 65% in cost-to-hire while improving quality-of-hire.
