Kauvery Hospitals, a multi-speciality hospital chain operating across Trichy, Chennai, Hosur and Salem, faced a bulky, inconsistent hiring pipeline—over 1,000 resumes with many irrelevant applications (often 180 resumes per role but only 8–9 relevant), manual data entry, difficulty synchronizing sources, and the urgent need to speed frontline hiring during COVID.
