Wakefit, a Bengaluru-based R&D-driven Home Solutions brand operating on a D2C model, needed to rapidly scale hiring for customer service, support and sales roles while keeping applicant records clean and reducing manual effort. The volume hiring challenge included duplicate candidatures, lengthy screening and document collection processes, and the need to improve employer branding and referral engagement, so Wakefit partnered with TurboHire’s AI-Powered Recruitment Automation platform.

TurboHire implemented duplicate-profile merging, an AI-driven Careers Page and referral portal, optimized workflows (Ideal Calibration Score, keyword filtering, competency/context matching), automated document collection and interview scheduling, vendor management and real-time reporting. As a result TurboHire helped Wakefit hire close to 270 candidates in 45 days (from 1,200 applications and 850 interviews), while achieving a 33% reduction in time-to-interview, a 40% reduction in cost-to-hire and a 3X reduction in document-collection effort.
