Springer Nature, a global publisher with 10,000+ employees, faced a manual, Excel‑driven recruiting process despite using SAP SuccessFactors: resumes were screened by hand, sources weren’t tracked, scheduling and data mining were manual, and business leaders lacked visibility. To address these challenges, Springer Nature engaged TurboHire to provide an AI‑powered applicant tracking, screening and interview‑automation solution integrated with their SAP SuccessFactors workflow.

TurboHire implemented real‑time sync with SAP, AI screening and candidate ranking, sourcing and vendor management, auto‑scheduling with Outlook/MS Teams integration, and customizable reporting.
