A TUNE Case Study
TodayTix is a mobile app for finding last-minute theater tickets, and it faced the challenge of growing theater ticket sales in a market where mobile sales were initially near zero. As the company expanded into new cities, it also needed reliable attribution, local marketing insight, and better access to summary data to support user acquisition and retention. TUNE and its Marketing Console were used to help track and measure these mobile marketing efforts.
With TUNE, TodayTix built a core data capture and attribution system to monitor in-app behavior, verify campaign performance, and roll results into one view. The platform helped TodayTix segment users based on engagement and purchases, improving campaign conversions and supporting growth from 0% to around 4% of all NYC theater ticket sales, all on mobile.
