The customer, HasOffers, sought to increase engagement and reach for its Facebook page content. The vendor, TUNE, experimented with Facebook's Promoted Posts service to achieve this goal.
TUNE implemented a test campaign using Facebook Promoted Posts for HasOffers. The solution failed to meet expectations, delivering only 55% of the estimated paid reach at a cost-per-click of $3.03. In a direct comparison, a targeted Facebook Ad campaign run by TUNE for the same content was significantly more effective and cheaper, achieving a much larger reach at a cost-per-click of only $0.64.
