Nike sought to introduce a new product customization service, Nike By You, during the redevelopment of its flagship Melbourne Central store. The challenge was to develop the in-store customer flow and create the digital touchpoints for this new offering. They recruited the vendor Tundra to design and build a web app for this customisation experience.

Tundra designed and developed a web app for in-store iPads that allowed customers to customize products with badges, prints, and text. They also built an admin dashboard for staff to manage stock and orders. The solution was highly successful, processing 400 orders in its first two weeks. The experience helped draw new customers to the store and has since expanded to include more services and locations.
