Tornator, a Finnish sustainable forestry company with Romanian entities, needed to digitize and streamline HR and accounting processes, starting with invoice management and then expanding into broader employee administration. TULIP Solutions implemented cloud-based accounting, payroll data exchange, time and attendance, business trip, benefit, and expense management for Tornator in Romania, with workflows tailored to the client’s approval and reporting needs. The results included faster invoice processing within 48 hours, reduced errors, and time savings for HR; by May 2022, TULIP was supporting 31 employees, had processed 1,129 business trips, and handled 2,694 accounting documents across Tornator’s two Romanian entities.
