Tatry Mountain Resorts (TMR), a tourism group operating in Slovakia and across Central and Eastern Europe, wanted to reduce the manual work involved in accounting and invoice processing. TULIP Solutions helped them digitize and streamline these processes using its cloud-based accounting and AP management platform.

With TULIP Solutions, TMR now scans paper documents and sends them together with electronic invoices to a dedicated email address, where they are uploaded to OCR, checked by an internal team, and prepared for approval within 48 hours. The solution gives TMR an online document archive, clear approval roles and financial limits, real-time integration with accounting software, and duplicate invoice elimination. By early 2019, TULIP Solutions was extracting an average of 4,457 documents per month for TMR, and by 19 June 2019 it had processed 56,738 invoices for the group.
