SDI International is a multinational procurement and business process outsourcing provider with entities in 13 countries, and it needed a better way to manage time and attendance, payroll data exchange, payslip distribution, and employee benefits across locations. TULIP Solutions provided a centralized platform to help SDI International handle attendance and absence management consistently across countries.

TULIP Solutions implemented its Time & Attendance and Benefit modules in Slovakia, Poland, India, and Great Britain, enabling secure payroll data exchange and online payslip delivery while giving HR and managers a clearer overview of employee attendance and benefits. The result was simpler HR administration, reduced payroll errors, time savings, and no reported system failures, with 117 employees registered by March 2020.
