Case Study: Covestro achieves compliant cloud time tracking with TULIP Solutions

Easy management of time and attendance in the cloud

Covestro, a global leader in materials production, needed an easier way to manage time and attendance for its Slovak business service center, which employs 273 administrative workers. The company also wanted a system compliant with Slovak legislation and the flexibility to handle internal requests such as home office and absence types not covered by law, using TULIP Solutions’ Time & Attendance module.

TULIP Solutions implemented its cloud-based Time & Attendance solution to automate attendance management, support payroll-related exports, and generate gastro ticket calculation reports. The result was a more efficient HR process, fewer payroll calculation errors, and online attendance management in line with Slovak legislation, with 273 employees already registered in the system by May 2019.
